R. Lynette Mancuso was born in Houston, Texas in 1959. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984 and has been practicing primarily in the areas family and real estate law since 1984. Lynette is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She received her B.S. from the University of Tulsa in 1981 and her J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1984. Lynette was with the national law firm of Holland & Knight for several years. Lynette was a principal in the law firm of Syprett, Meshad, Resnick & Lieb, P.A. prior to co-founding the firm. She is a member of the American, Florida and Sarasota County Bar Associations. Lynette is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, Board Certified in Family Law, a Certified Circuit Court and Family Law Mediator, and a trained Family Law Arbitrator. She has also served as a special master/hearing officer for the Value Adjustment Board of Sarasota County, Florida. Lynette focuses her practice in the areas of family law, mediation, and real property law. Lynette is a principal and co-founder of the firm.
